Promotion types and their conditions
At Realz we design every promotion so the headline value is combined with a clear set of mechanics, and we publish the conditions before a player opts in. Our goal is straightforward: a package for players who are new, a series of recurring offers and a couple of seasonal hooks that reward active play without forcing it. We hold the structure of every promotion transparent, which means the bonus type, the percentage match, the multiplier for wagering, the smallest permitted deposit and the bonus cap are all shown in the offer card and again in the table below.
Players who prefer gaming on the go can use the Realz Casino app to claim the same welcome offer as on desktop, with no individual code and no lower percentage. We have a single combined welcome, a recurring weekly deposit offers, a free spins allocation attached to selected slot games and a cashback net that returns on net losses. For new accounts we always post the bonus policy in full before the first wager is placed.
Welcome package structure
Our welcome package is a deposit match on the initial three deposits, with bonus spins bundled into the initial deposit. The match percentage and cap change per deposit, and the wagering requirement is attached to the amount of the bonus only. We credit the bonus automatically once the deposit clears, and the spins are released in batches over the first three days.
Recurring weekly and monthly offers
After the welcome window we have a Wednesday reload match, a Friday bonus spins drop on selected slots and a weekend live casino cashback. The cashback is calculated on net deficit across the live lobby, settled on Monday morning and credited with a low wagering multiplier. We in addition publish tournament races with set prize pools that are paid in cash, not in bonus funds, so the winnings are available for withdrawal.
| Promotion | Match or value | Wagering | Minimum amount to deposit | Maximum bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit welcome | 100% match + 100 spins | 35x bonus | 20 | 500 |
| Second deposit | 75% match | 35x bonus | 20 | 300 |
| Third deposit | 50% match | 35x bonus | 20 | 200 |
| Wednesday reload | 50% match | 30x bonus | 25 | 150 |
| Friday spins drop | 50 free spins | 20x winnings | 20 | n/a |
| Weekend live cashback | 10% net loss | 5x bonus | n/a | 500 |
| Slot tournament | Fixed prize pool | 0x cash | n/a | 2,000 pool |
All figures above are within the account base currency. We never charge a fee to opt in to a promotion, and any opt-out can be handled by our customer help team before betting begins without forfeiting the deposit itself.
Which account conditions apply to casino offers
Each promotion at Realz Casino app is linked to a real-money deposit, a verified account and a single profile per player. We define eligibility by jurisdiction, age and player account condition, and we retain the right to cap stacked bonuses where a deposit triggers more than one offer. The playthrough requirement applies to the balance for bonus funds only, the real-money balance stays withdrawable, and we cap the maximum bet during wagering to keep the bonus policy fair.
Our terms state that bonus abuse, including low-risk betting patterns and the use of more than one accounts, leads to forfeited winnings and a closed account. We apply a maximum limit on a bet of 5 per spin or hand while a bonus remains active, and we count casino table games and live-dealer games at a reduced contribution rate. Players should read the policy card attached to every offer because rates of contribution and game exclusions vary per promotion.
- One active bonus per account unless the terms card states otherwise.
- Wagering contribution: slots 100%, most table games 10%, live casino 10%, selected jackpot slots 0%.
- Maximum bet during wagering: 5 per spin or hand, any game.
- Bonus expiry: 14 days from credit unless stated on the offer card.
- Free spins expiry: 72 hours from credit.
- Withdrawal of bonus funds before completing wagering forfeits the bonus and any winnings tied to it.
There spending the realz mobile casino app see the same terms of the bonus as the desktop lobby, and the cashier applies the same minimum funding amount thresholds on distinct devices. If a deposit is made while another bonus is active, the new offer is queued and starts once the live wagering is complete or the balance is forfeited, according to the choice made at our cashier.
Our casino games with their featured options
Our games library is designed around three product verticals: online slot games, table titles and dealer in a live game. Every vertical interacts with our bonus engine in a slightly distinct way, so we set out the contribution rates next to the playthrough requirement and we flag restricted titles inside the bonus lobby. Slot games form the backbone of wagering because most of them contribute 100%, while running casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate to keep bonus abuse in check.
| Game category | Examples in our lobby | Wagering contribution | Bonus features supported |
|---|---|---|---|
| Video slots | Starburst, Book of Dead, Gonzo's Quest | 100% | Free spins, bonus buy (where allowed), in-game jackpots |
| Jackpot slots | Mega Moolah, Divine Fortune | 0% during bonus | Progressive prizes, real-money play only |
| Roulette | European, Lightning, Immersive | 10% | Live cashback eligibility, tournament opt-in |
| Blackjack | Classic, Speed, VIP | 10% | Live cashback eligibility, hand-based leaderboards |
| Live game shows | Crazy Time, Monopoly Live | 10% | Cashback, tournament races |
| Video poker | Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild | 10% | Standard wagering, no spins eligibility |
The bonus buy feature, where regulators permit it, is available on chosen slots and counts entirely to wagering. The live casino vertical is the home of the weekend cashback promotion because it is where the cashback percentage is calculated against net losing total only, ignoring any balance of credited bonus funds that may still be active. We also run monthly slot races across a fixed shortlist of games, with a transparent leaderboard that updates in real time and pays cash prizes to the top finishers.
For players who want to keep wagering efficient, we recommend slot games with a 100% contribution and a return to player of at least 96%, which is the industry baseline published by independent test labs for the games we host. Our lobby labels each slot with its RTP and volatility so the tension between a high-variance bonus-buy title and a low-variance classic can be made on data rather than guesswork.
Bonus spins promotions are linked to a specific slot or a small group of slots, and any winnings from the spins are treated as funds from the bonus subject to the multiplier for wagering shown on the promotion card. Spins that expire unused are removed from the promotional balance and do not yield a cash payout. Our players can follow active bonuses, remaining playthrough and expiry time right within the account dashboard, and the same data is mirrored on the realz mobile casino app for players on the go.
Our tournament races are designed to be transparent. The games that qualify, the scoring formula (typically one point per 1 wagered on the selected slots) and the prize pool are all published before the race begins. We pay cash prizes, so the winnings land in the real-money balance and can be withdrawn without further wagering, which we believe is the cleanest way to reward tournament play.
Cashback is determined on net deficit across the running casino lobby between Saturday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59, with the percentage applied to the net negative result. The cashback is credited on Monday by 10:00 in the account base currency, and the 5x playthrough multiplier keeps it consistent with the rest of our bonus policy. Cashback is paid solely when the net result is negative, and the minimum cashback threshold is 5.
We regard the bonus system at Realz as a feature of the casino, not as a separate product, and we tune it so the playthrough rules, the contribution rates and the games catalogue all support each other. That is how the welcome bundle, the weekly deposit offers and the live cashback fit together into one coherent set of offers that our players can plan around.
